Shipping Times

AG Skincare Experts makes a best effort to ship orders the same day, Monday - Saturday. We ship orders via USPS and UPS and cannot guarantee a delivery date or speed of delivery. Delays from shipping carriers (due to weather, staffing, technology issues, etc.) are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds. 

Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged, notify us at hello@agskinexperts.com (including a picture of the damaged product) and we will send a replacement out to you at no cost.
