DMK StemZyme™
StemZyme™ is our premier age management treatment designed to address the effects of declining stem cell activity within the skin.
This advanced protocol supports the skin’s ability to regenerate healthy new cells, helping improve fine lines, wrinkles, laxity, uneven tone, discoloration, and texture changes associated with aging.
The Ultimate Age Management Treatment
DMK StemZyme™ is an advanced regenerative treatment designed to help the skin behave younger again by stimulating the skin’s own restorative cells.
As we age, the skin gradually loses its ability to produce strong, healthy new cells. This slowdown contributes to thinning skin, loss of firmness, uneven tone, and the development of fine lines and wrinkles.
StemZyme works by encouraging the skin to generate fresh, healthy cells while strengthening the structure of the skin over time.
During treatment, specialized DMK enzyme therapy removes accumulated protein buildup, toxins, and cellular waste while improving circulation and oxygenation. This process creates the ideal environment for healthy new cells to grow and thrive.
By supporting the skin’s natural renewal process, StemZyme helps restore strength, elasticity, and vitality—revealing smoother, brighter, more resilient skin.
Rather than forcing the skin to change, this treatment works with your skin’s natural biology to stimulate regeneration and rebuild long-term skin health.

DMK STEMZYME FAQs
What is Stemzyme™?
A 50 day treatment plan. This includes Stemzyme kit with all 5 treatments and full size homecare. Must check with us for scheduling before purchasing. Treatments are done every 12 days. Treatments cannot be put on hold once treatment plan starts.
- For best results, prior to scheduling your Stemzyme treatment, you must receive at least two DMK Enzyme Treatments to prepare the skin, which also includes using a prescribed home-care regimen for a minimum of 30 days.
- On the day of your StemZyme treatment, you will be expected to lay down for about 2.5-3 hours so please make sure you are physically (and sometimes mentally) be able to lay still for this longer period of time compared to your normal DMK Enzyme Treatment.
- After the treatment, you will be given your Stemzyme home care kit to be used for the following 5o days. Your skin may feel a little dry or flaky the first few days but this will quickly subside.
- On Day 12, Day 24, Day 36, and Day 48, you will receive a StemZyme Follow Up Treatment in clinic for a total of 4 Follow Up Treatments--each session lasting about 90 minutes. You will continue to use your homecare kit until Day 50. All 4 Follow Up appointments will be scheduled in advance when you pay your deposit for your Stemzyme kit.
What is a Stem Cell?
A stem cell is the most profound and nascent type of cell within an organism. It is entirely unspecialised, and represents the first ‘stage’ in the development of a cell within the human body, into its final purpose/specialism. As specialist cells in any of our major organs reach the end of their lifespan, it is stem cells that develop into these cell types and replenish them. This is the process of repairing and rebuilding the human body, and in the case of the skin, cell replenishment is the very essence of ‘age management’.
So, in theory, the route to perfect skin is as simple as ensuring that the epidermal skin cells remain healthy and continue to multiply. Easy, right? Well, sadly not. Because, as a person chronologically ages, epidermal stem cells decline in number. To put this into perspective, when you’re born, you could have 1 billion stem cells in your body. But by the time you’re 80, this figure has fallen to just 100-million. That’s 10% of the original figure!
How does Stemzyme™ work?
Skin cells come and go. Stem Cells are forever.
Normal (aka specialized) cells cannot divide and renew themselves while Stem Cells can. In addition, Stem cells are the only cells in the body that can give rise to other cells.
Adult Stems Cells are the tiny "factories" that replenish your supply of cells, constantly pumping out new materials to refresh your skin. When your skin ages or incurs damage, Stem Cells can fail to fully mature or they mature incorrectly. This causes flaws in the structures and functions of your skin. StemZyme therapy helps the skin by guiding Stem Cells through correct development so your skin can produce perfectly functioning cells. After StemZyme therapy, Stem Cells differentiate (divide) to become specialized cells such as:
- Keratinocytes - skin cells that travel to the surface, become corneocytes, and fall from the skin at a robust pace. They prevent dead skin buildup, dryness, and uneven texture.
- Fibroblasts - create healthy amounts of collagen and elastin, improving plumpness and elasticity. They prevent wrinkles, glycation, and lack of volume.
- Langerhans Cells - protect the skin and make up a strong immune system. They prevent hyper-sensitive skin and immunogenic shock.
- Melanocytes - produce a healthy amount of pigment. They prevent hyperpigmentation.
- And other healthy functioning cells
StemZyme accomplishes all of this while flushing the skin with vital oxygen and nutrients through Enzyme Therapy. The result: an incredible difference in the long-term health of your skin.
How does Stem Cell decline effect the skin?
As we age, stem cells start declining in number. To keep the stem cell population above the optimal level in the skin, one needs to constantly regenerate them.
Just having stem cells in the skin is not sufficient, unless they differentiate into other younger skin tissues like keratin, collagen, elastin etc. and that's why epidermal stem cells are so important in maintaining biologically young and bountiful skin.
Stemzyme Therapy does both, the regeneration of epidermal stem cells and their differentiation into biologically young tissues. This is done in a non-invasive way and using one's own stem cells.
What you can expect from DMK Stemzyme™?
You can expect that your skin will be firmer, bouncier, plumper, look younger and have a more even tone and texture. Stemzyme Therapy also prevents inflammation, reduces oxidant radical damage, strengthens immunity, and improves blood supply to the skin.
How many Stemzyme™ treatments do I need?
Unlike other existing stem cell therapies, Stemzyme™ is the first treatment available on the market that is entirely non-invasive, and like all other DMK treatments, is harnessing the power of the body’s own biochemistry to deliver profound results.
- For clients between the ages of 20-50 we would recommend 1-2 treatments per year maximum.
- For clients between the ages of 50-75 we would recommend 2-3 treatments per year maximum.
- For those who are age 75+ we would recommend 3 treatment courses per year for best results.
